1. Eligibility

• Membership and use of this platform are strictly limited to individuals belonging to the Vaishnav Vanik Samaj community.
• Only candidates from the Vaishnav Vanik Samaj community are eligible to fill out the registration form.
• You must be of legal marriageable age as per Indian law (currently 18 years or older for women and 21 years or older for men).
• By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this Agreement and are not restricted by any court order or applicable law from getting married.

2. Purpose of the Service

• SVVP provides a platform to facilitate introductions between individuals seeking lawful matrimonial relationships.
• The exchange of matchmaking profiles or any communication facilitated by SVVP does not constitute a marriage proposal, guarantee, or recommendation by SVVP.
• The platform must not be used for casual dating, friendship, or any commercial purpose.

3. User Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your registration form and profile.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post or transmit through the site.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately notify SVVP of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You shall not:
  • Post or share any obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate another person or create multiple profiles.
  • Misuse any data obtained from other members.
  • Engage in harassment or any unlawful conduct.

4. Community Verification

• SVVP reserves the right to verify the community affiliation of any member. Profiles that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected or removed without refund.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

• By using this Site, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data for matchmaking purposes in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy.
• SVVP will take reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
• You may withdraw your consent or request deletion of your data by contacting us at the Grievance Officer email listed below.

6. Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer

• SVVP is not responsible for any false, misleading, or inaccurate information posted by users, members, or third parties.
• SVVP is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from:
  • The use of the Site or Service;
  • False or misleading information shared by members;
  • Any relationship (including marriage) formed through the platform;
  • Technical errors, transmission failures, or unauthorized access to user communications.
• Members are strongly advised not to share financial or personal sensitive information (e.g., bank details, OTPs) or send money to other members. SVVP shall not be liable for any monetary loss arising from such actions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the SVVP website, including text, graphics, design, and software, is the property of SVVP or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written permission

8. Account Termination and Suspension

• SVVP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if:
  • The member viulates these Terms;
  • False information is provided;
  • The platform is misused for illegal, immoral, or commercial purposes.
• Such termination may occur without prior notice, and no refund will be provided in cases of breach.
• You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your profile or writing to SVVP. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per our Refund Pulicy.

9. Refund Pulicy

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to written request within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds will not be provided once services have been availed or the profile has been approved and made active.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

10. Communication Consent

By registering with SVVP, you consent to receive communications (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp) related to matches, promotions, or updates. You may opt out of promotional communications by contacting our support team.

11. Third-Party Links and Promotions

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements. SVVP is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external sites accessed through such links.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and huld harmless SVVP, its officers, employees, and agents from any losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, viulation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. SVVP makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy of profiles, success of matches, or the conduct of any member.

14. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SVVP or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

15. Modification of Terms

SVVP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
